General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the aic365 platform and all its services. By accessing the aic365 website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

aic365 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be treated as the authoritative document.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and play on the aic365 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must play in your own name, for yourself and with your own money — not on behalf of any other person.
• Providing any false information on your account is strictly prohibited.
• aic365 reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. Deposits and withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

Identity Verification Process

At the time of registration or afterwards, aic365 may request photos of your National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued documents to verify your identity. This information is stored securely and used only when required by law.

Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, aic365 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

What is required when creating an account

• Accurate and complete personal information (name, date of birth, mobile number)
• An active and working mobile number or email address
• A strong password — one that you do not use anywhere else

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact aic365 support immediately.

Account Suspension or Closure

aic365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Violation of Terms or fraudulent activity
• Account inactive for an extended period
• Order from a court or government authority

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on aic365:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed

Currency

All transactions on aic365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no facility for transactions in foreign currency.

Bonuses and Promotions

aic365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the conditions below carefully before taking advantage of these offers.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on both the original deposit and the bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
• Each bonus has its own expiry period; once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

VIP and Cashback Program

aic365 has four VIP tiers. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• aic365 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus program.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming activities on aic365. Separate rules may also apply to specific games or categories, which will be stated on the relevant game page.

General Betting Rules

• Bets can only be placed from your available balance. There is no facility to bet on credit or borrowed funds.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an inconsistency in the result of any game, aic365 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the bet.
• In live betting, if the internet connection is lost, the result recorded on the server will be considered final.

Game Fairness

aic365 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated by reputable game providers who use independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No party has the ability to manipulate the outcome of any bet.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi and various other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be cancelled and funds returned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aic365 platform. Engaging in any such activity will result in the immediate closure of the account and, where applicable, legal action will be taken:

• Obtaining bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means (bonus abuse)
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Financing terrorism or using funds for any illegal activity
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Infringing aic365's intellectual property or using copyrighted material without permission
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform

Security and Privacy

aic365 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal and financial information.

Data Collection and Use

• If you do not agree with the revised terms and conditions, please request that your account be closed.
